Finding your account information
If you’re looking for information about your mortgage, your annual statement is a great place to start.
There’s lots of helpful guidance on this website to support you. You’ll find information on making your monthly payments, as well as where to go if you’re finding things difficult right now and need a bit of extra help. We’ve also added some handy tips below on how to use the search function or virtual assistant so you can quickly find what you’re looking for.
If you would like to send us a secure message, check your balance, view your most up to date account details, or make a payment, Self‑Serve is the easiest way to do this.
Each year we send you a mortgage statement, which provides you a clear summary of your account, including your outstanding balance, payments made, interest charged, and any changes that may have taken place over the year.
If there’s any change to you monthly payment during the year – for example, because of an interest rate change, we’ll always write to let you know.
Our website provides a wide range of information and regularly updated news stories.
The drop‑down menus at the top of the page help you quickly navigate to the section you need. If you’re having trouble finding something, our virtual assistant is also available to help.

You can find information about your account, without needing to call or write to us.
If you do need to contact us about your account you can’t send us an email, but you can send us a message in Self-Serve. It’s easy, secure and works in much the same way as an email.
